Build Operate Transfer (BOT):-
Similar to the above. However the project does not end like a turnkey one. We continue to take charge of operations and delivery also. The center gets transferred to the customer on a pre-fixed schedule. |

Build Own Operate Transfer (BOOT):-
Similar to above except that the investments
